Opened in 2013 by sisters Pamela and Christina Dylag, the Velveteen Rabbit was the first true craft-cocktail bar to plant a flag in the then-sleepy Arts District. A decade later it remains the neighborhood's living room — equal parts gallery, listening bar, and laboratory. The menu rotates seasonally with cocktails built around housemade tinctures, foraged garnishes, and Mezcal flights you won't find on the Strip. Local DJs take over the back patio Thursday through Saturday.
