Vesta started as a roasting operation in a Henderson garage in 2014 and has quietly become the engine room of Las Vegas specialty coffee — supplying beans to dozens of cafés around the valley while running their own flagship in the Arts District. The cortado is the move, but the rotating single-origin pour-overs are where the team actually shows off. Bring a laptop on a Tuesday; bring a friend on a Saturday.
